Designing for hospitality means creating calm that’s instantly understood. We shaped this space to feel grounding from the first step inside.

Linear Harmony is a minimalist rental villa located on the outskirts of Valencia created for a boutique hospitality brand that values slow luxury, architectural clarity, and timeless design.

Key Spaces

Dining Area

At the center of the ground floor, the dining zone features a custom walnut table and six soft, upholstered chairs in earthy brown tones. Placed on a tonal woven rug, the arrangement radiates understated hospitality. A suspended pendant light with geometric lines adds sculptural character and visual rhythm, while floor-to-ceiling windows invite in the Mediterranean daylight and frame views of the garden.

Kitchen

Discreet and highly functional, the open kitchen blends into the architecture with flat-panel cabinetry in warm grey-beige and minimal visible hardware. Integrated appliances, soft-close drawers, and a concealed island layout ensure the space feels clean and quiet. Designed for short stays and private chefs alike, the kitchen balances elegance and utility.

Details

Color Palette

The villa features a soft, natural palette: taupe, sand, and sun-washed beige, punctuated by rich walnut wood and bronze finishes. These hues reflect the light and climate of Valencia while keeping the space grounded and serene.

Materials and Textures

Microcement flooring, matte wood, linen drapery, and boucle-upholstered seating offer warmth and texture. The use of untreated surfaces and matte finishes fosters a tactile, honest feel that supports the atmosphere of a modern hideaway.

Furniture

All furniture was selected with durability and elegance in mind. Iconic modern silhouettes with soft curves and solid presence define the space. The built-in solutions and clean proportions minimize visual noise — creating a gallery-like calm for guests.

Lighting

Ambient lighting is layered across the villa — from sculptural ceiling pendants to recessed linear lights and soft table lamps. All fixtures are dimmable to suit different moods and times of day. Sheer curtains frame the tall windows, diffusing natural light without hiding the view.
