We believe a workspace should adapt to people — not the other way around. Every zone here supports a different rhythm of work.

Flow Office is the headquarters of a creative agency that prioritizes collaboration, autonomy, and wellbeing. The task: create a space where people can move freely between focus, flow, and social interaction without breaking the spatial logic.

The result is a fluid layout that balances open zones with pockets of privacy. Natural materials, soft partitions, and expressive lighting define a workspace that feels more like a living environment than a traditional office.

Key Spaces

Open Workspace

The main working area is arranged in loosely structured clusters, allowing teams to collaborate or concentrate as needed. Neutral desks with soft-edge detailing sit beneath high ceilings and exposed ducts, emphasizing the open industrial character. Acoustic wall panels, mobile chairs, and surrounding greenery enhance comfort and reduce noise. The space is punctuated by relaxed breakout seating — rounded green lounge chairs near full-height windows that flood the floor with light.

Meeting Zones & Collaborative Tables

Two compact meeting rooms are semi-enclosed in a natural wood volume, visually distinct yet easily accessible. Soft green walls, integrated lighting, and built-in seating make them feel calm and focused. Around them, elongated shared tables invite group work and quick conversations. Above, circular wooden ceiling structures help zone the space and lower its perceived height.

Lounge Area

The lounge offers a slower rhythm. Burgundy lounge chairs and a soft-toned rug set a warm contrast to the concrete floor, while a perforated metal divider defines the space without blocking light. It’s a place for reflection, informal chats, or a quiet break — a counterbalance to the high-energy work zones.

Details

Color Palette

The palette is earthy and muted: sage, terracotta, oatmeal, olive green, and warm wood tones dominate, softened by black, off-white, and dusty rose. These colors reinforce a sense of calm, clarity, and openness — free from corporate coldness.

Materials and Textures

Plywood, brushed metal, microcement, felt, natural textiles, and indoor planting form the textural language of the office. The balance of raw and refined creates a layered space that stimulates without overwhelming.

Furniture

Furniture is modular, mobile, and ergonomic — designed for reconfiguration. Round-backed chairs, bar stools, and soft lounges balance hard edges. Every item supports flexibility, so teams can evolve the space as needed.

Lighting

Lighting is layered for functionality and atmosphere. Linear LEDs provide general illumination, while suspended rings and focused ceiling spots help define zones and support different tasks. Daylight is prioritized, with large industrial windows and translucent blinds that allow adjustment throughout the day.
